Making a Purchase
All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order, and all goods are sold subject to availability.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. Please note that outside the EU you may be subject to your own local tax/import duties. We do not assume any responsibilty for these charges. If you are in any doubt we recommend you check with your local Customs & Excise Office before making a purchase.
You may order online using a credit or debit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch). We will take payment for your order when you place the order. If the dispatch of your order cannot be fulfilled or is delayed, you will be notified.
The checkout procedure will ask for the address which relates to your credit card (and the delivery address if different), and on the final page will ask for your credit card details. All credit card numbers are encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the industry standard encryption software. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Placing an Order by Telephone
We appreciate that some customers would prefer to place an order over the telephone. We have an Orderline set up on - 020 8549 2818. All calls are charged at the Standard Rate.
Delivery and Despatch
We deliver to most countries in the world directly from our Distribution Centre in London, England. The vast majority of our orders are processed and despatched within 2-6 working days (we do not operate at weekends or on public holidays) of receiving the order details.
Postage Methods and Expected Delivery Times
UK orders
Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery after the despatch of your parcel. For items over £25 we are likely to use DHL or a similar courier to ensure secure and undamaged delivery.
EU and the Rest of Europe
Standard Surface Mail. Please allow 5-14 days for delivery after the despatch of your parcel.
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Rest of the World
Standard Surface Mail. Please allow 14-21 days for delivery after the despatch of your parcel.

Returns and Cancellations
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We operate a no quibble returns policy as follows:
Order Cancellation
After placing an order through our web site, you then have a 7-day cooling off period. If during this 7-day period you wish to cancel your order then please email us at toby@visionsp.co.uk. Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. We will then issue you with the necessary returns procedures. If the order has not been despatched, we will simply cancel the order. If the order has been despatched, we will then request that you return the goods to us unopened and with any seals and shrink wrap intact. We will then process a full refund (within 30 days) for the initial cost of the order plus the cost incurred for returning the goods to us. Returns (mint condition)
If you are unhappy with a purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it, unopened and with any seals and shrink wrap intact. We will issue a full refund (within 30 days) for the total price you paid at the time of purchase, but not the costs incurred for returning the goods to us. Prior to returning the goods, please email us at toby@visionsp.co.uk. Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. We will then issue you with the necessary returns procedures. Alternativley you can phone us on 020 8549 2818 (call charged at the Standard Rate).
Returns (faulty goods)
If, within a reasonable period of time, you find a fault with the goods received then we will offer either a replacement or full refund (within 30 days). In either case we will request for the faulty goods to be returned to us for which we will refund the costs incurred. Prior to returning the goods, please email us at toby@visionsp.co.uk. Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. Returns (goods sent in error)
If, within 30 days of receipt of your order, you realise that we have sent you the wrong goods, we will then offer either a replacement or full refund (within 30 days). Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. We will then issue you with the necessary returns procedures. We take security seriously and take every reasonable precaution to protect your personal information both online and offline. Information requested when ordering goods (including your credit/debit card details) is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the industry standard encryption software. We will take reasonable care (to the extent that it is within our power to do so) to keep the details of your order and payment secure but we cannot promise that security breaches will never occur. Our entire liability to you (including for negligence) regarding any security breach will be to endeavour to prevent it continuance or repetition once the problem is drawn to our attention.
