Making a Purchase

All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order, and all goods are sold subject to availability.

If you are in any doubt we recommend you check with your local Customs & Excise Office before making a purchase.

You may order online using a credit or debit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch). We will take payment for your order when you place the order. If the dispatch of your order cannot be fulfilled or is delayed, you will be notified.

The checkout procedure will ask for the address which relates to your credit card (and the delivery address if different), and on the final page will ask for your credit card details. All credit card numbers are encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the industry standard encryption software. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Placing an Order by Telephone

We appreciate that some customers would prefer to place an order over the telephone. We have an Orderline set up on - 020 8247 9900. All calls are charged at the Standard Rate.
